    Help

    How it works ?

    Contact Extra Time (26 78 94-1 or info@extratime.lu/home-services or by clicking on as for a quote). Your contact person will qualify your needs (tasks, number of hours, timing,…). You will receive an offer within 24h. We will fix a meeting for your 1st service

    How works the 1st intervention ?

    A supervisor will accompany your cleaner/handyman/assistant. We will define your needs and set up a customer file. The cleaner/handyman will be launched on the job based on your instructions.

    Do I have always the same cleaner/handyman/assistant ?

    Yes. At Extra Time we are convinced that to intervene efficiently in a private home it is important to get to know the preferences and habits of our client. Also to establish a relation of trust our staff are dedicated to the client.

    What happens in case of sickness or holiday ?

    We propose a replacement as soon as possible

    If I don’t like one of your staff, what can I do ?

    All you need to do is contact us and we will assign somebody else or work with you on the required improvements

    Do I need to be at home ?

    It is entirely up to you. Most of our clients leave us a key. The keys are coded for security

    Can I cancel an appointment during my holidays ?

    Yes, we only invoice the hours effectively worked. 

    Do I need to provide the required products ?

    We decided to use your products to respect your preferences, habits and materials. If needed, we can also provide our professional products.

    Who employs the staff ?

    Extra Time does employ all the staff and invoices a service. There are no administrative implications for you.

    How the staff is recruited ?

    At Extra Time we have a rigorous recruitment process. Candidates undergo several interviews, practical test and our internal training program.

    Is you staff insured ?

    All our personnel is registerd and insured

    What happens in case of an accident or something is broken

    Our staff has strict instructions to communicate all problem or broken object. We will then immediately contact you to find a solution and if applicable refund you.

    Do I have a fiscal advantage

    Indeed you can deduct our invoices on your tax form under “frais de domesticité” up to 5400 €

    What is the purpose of your Customer space ?

    It allows you to consult your planning, invoices and payments and to communicate with us.
