Each house or apartment is different. Our supervisor defines together with you your specific cleaning program and your cleaner adapts to your requirements.

If your cleaner is on holiday or sick leave we implement a replacement to keep up our service. When you are away you can cancel an appointment and you will be billed only for the hours that have been performed. Our contract can be cancelled anytime with an 8 day’s notice.
Your dedicated contact person at Extra Time is your main contact. You can share your instructions, comments or requests directly with him by phone, mail, sms or on our customer portal. The portal allows you also to consult your planning of scheduled appointments, your invoices as well as the cleaning program we defined together.
